Our Research Director Dr Michael Patane was delighted to present to a cohort of PhD students and post-doctoral researchers from Monash, Deakin, Flinders and Curtin Universities at the ITTC Green Chemistry in Manufacturing workshop last week.
The theme of this year’s event was business leadership. Mike shared his vast experience in commercialising technology by working in partnerships, which has included developing and commericalising science for food, health, and nutrition ingredients, and creating 12+ patented technologies that have been licensed in the global marketplace.
MBCRC Research Program Leader Professor Colin Barrow is part of the organising team for the annual workshop and supervisor for some of the PhD students attending.
