We are delighted to announce that MBCRC Research Program Leader Professor Catriona Macleod has been elected as a Director of the Board of the World Aquaculture Society. The official announcement will occur in Copenhagen in late August.
Catriona is very excited about the potential this appointment presents to learn more about the global aquaculture community and its needs in terms of R&D and education, and to understand how she can help inform future priorities for the sector.
“I am also keen to understand how to best use this opportunity to identify and promote opportunities for the Marine Bioproducts sector, the circular economy and Marine Bioproducts CRC,” says Catriona.
