Marine Bioproducts CRC (legal name MBCRC Ltd and ABN 653 319 978) was established on 1 September 2021 in South Australia, Australia. We are an Australian Public Company and registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). We have office locations in Adelaide (South Australia) and Hobart (Tasmania).

The First Nations Engagement Committee provides strategic oversight and guidance to support meaningful engagement with First Nations peoples, organisations and communities. The Committee helps ensure MBCRC’s activities, partnerships and projects are informed by cultural knowledge, respectful collaboration, and a commitment to shared outcomes.
